EB1C – This is the visa that has great advantages; all countries qualify, have no quotas or restrictions and can be done at any time during the year, and in record time. The beneficiary must have worked at least one year for the foreign company in the past three years, and requires that the company have a subsidiary, branch or agency in the United States.
